Oracle Guided Learning Expedites Cloud Adoption and Reduces SRs

Challenge
Arcadis needed to get their 25,000 geographically dispersed users to quickly adopt their new HCM, ERP, and Sales Cloud applications while avoiding any organizational resistance to the changes.
Solution
To ensure the perfect fit between the Oracle Cloud applications and its users, Oracle University and Arcadis collaborated to initiate a nine-month Oracle Guided Learning pilot with 4,000 sales people. Oracle Guided Learning provided this group in-application guidance to help them navigate and learn their new application right within the flow of their daily work. These first adopters became the primary sponsors to champion Guided Learning for their global HCM, ERM and Sales Cloud roll out across to the approximately 20,000 remaining employees. Arcadis’ satisfaction with the result was reflected by their decision to extend Oracle Guided Learning solution to a six-year agreement for HCM, ERP and Sales Cloud.
